Kiri Kids Clothing items purchased at full price are returnable within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in - new, unworn, unwashed, MUST have the original tags and packaging, and are accompanied by the original sales receipt or invoice. Please contact us regarding any defect or damage to home delivered items within 24 hours of delivery.
Once we receive your email we will send you a Return Authorization form to be completed and returned to us with the exchange or return item(s) package being sent back to us.
1. Return Section– Order Number, Order Reference ID*, Customer Name, Number of items, Product Description, and Return for Reason.
2. Exchange Section–New items you wish to order, Billing & Shipping Address (if different) and payment information if exchanged item price exceeds original order value.
3. Payment Section – Complete payment information.
4. Shipping package back- Print and attach Kiri Kids Clothing mailing label provided with this document when shipping back to Kiri Kids Clothing.
Traceable Shipping- We highly recommend using a traceable carrier service such as Canada Post, USPS, UPS, and FedEx etc. for your protection and enabling product tracking. Kiri Kids Clothing is not responsible for packages not received or lost, if a tracking number is not provided.
Please allow 2-4 weeks after we have received your request for Kiri Kids Clothing to reimburse your credit card. We like you to be satisfied with every purchase you make from us and therefore will work with you to ensure you are happy.
